The easiest way to make wholemeal bread is to use wholemeal flour. But to be really useful, special technology must be followed.

In a three-liter jar pour a cup of wholemeal flour and half a cup of brown sugar. Fill the jar with boiled, slightly cooled water almost to the top and add a pinch of dry yeast. Cover with a towel and leave at room temperature for two days.

Once the top layer of yeast becomes translucent, it must be poured exactly without mixing with the sediment. This liquid is distributed in bottles or bowls and left in the refrigerator for three days. This interesting drink can refresh you. It is known as yeast and is popular in Russia.

In the jar in which you made yeast, there should be a white precipitate, which is thinner at the top. The thin porridge is necessary for the preparation of useful bread.

Pour the sourdough into a deep bowl, add a pinch of sugar and half a cup of wholemeal flour. Stir with a wooden spoon, cover with a towel and leave for three hours in the heat. This is the base of the dough. Once it rises, press with a fork and add half a teaspoon of salt.

Then add a tablespoon of oil, and add flour - as much as it absorbs. Form bread and leave it to rise on a tray. After two hours, bake in a preheated oven at 230 degrees for half an hour.

Wholemeal bread can be made in a more difficult way, but it will be even tastier and healthier.

Necessary products: 50 grams of wheat grains, 50 grams of rye grains, 25 grams of pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, peeled sunflower, sesame seeds, 150 milliliters of water.

For the dough: 100 grams of wholemeal flour mixed with 100 milliliters of water and a packet of dry yeast, 500 grams of rye flour, a teaspoon of salt, half a tablespoon of honey, 200 milliliters of warm water.

The seeds are flooded with water, boiled and boiled for half an hour on low heat, adding more water if necessary. Then add more hot water and boil the seeds for another twenty minutes. Leave under the lid until cool.

In a large bowl, mix the salt, sourdough with the yeast, honey and the cooled seed mixture. Add the rye flour and, if necessary, the water. Mix everything well and mix for about four to five minutes. A sticky dough is obtained, which is left for half an hour.

The dough is divided into two parts. Form bread on a board sprinkled with flour. The loaves are placed in trays, and after about two to five hours they rise twice. Then bake in a preheated 250 degree oven for ten minutes.

Then reduce the oven to 200 degrees, cover the bread with foil and bake for another 45 minutes. The finished bread is taken out, sprayed with water, covered with a towel and cooled on a grill.
