Lactose intolerance is perhaps the most common example of food intolerance. To prevent symptoms, it is necessary to completely exclude milk and dairy products from the patient's menu.

Often, even if a person thinks he has stopped taking lactose, the signs of the disease do not subside. This is due to the fact that lactose is contained (sometimes in quite large quantities) in sausages, bread, pizza, confectionery, dairy products, ready-made sauces, ice cream, fast food products, croquettes, puddings, soups, sweeteners, cakes, meat products, food supplements (for bodybuilding or dieting), broths, cakes and many other food products.

People suffering from lactose intolerance inevitably change their diet. Therefore, it is good to apply recipes that completely exclude the provoking factors of the disease. Here are some recipes to help you choose a meal menu:

It is good to include in the recipes foods that help to overcome lactose intolerance.

Ravioli

For 10 pieces

Necessary products: 250 g flour, 1 tsp sugar, 1 egg, 30 g margarine, 1 tsp iodized salt, 1/2 cube yeast

For the stuffing: Small onion, 1 tbsp. corn oil, 3 eggs, 200 g broccoli, 50 g smoked salmon, iodized salt, egg yolk, sesame seeds, baking paper.

Method of preparation: Mix the flour, sugar, 100 ml of warm water, 1 egg, margarine and iodized salt in a bowl. Add the finely chopped yeast and stir. Leave the dough to rise in the heat for about 60 minutes.

Peel an onion and cut it into small cubes. Saute the corn oil and add the beaten egg. The mixture is left to stand. The broccoli is cleaned and cut into small pieces.

Boil in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Allow to drain well. Smoked salmon is cut into small pieces. Mix with the pieces of broccoli and mix with the egg mass. Season with salt and pepper.

The resulting dough is mixed well and rolled out. Cut into 10 square pieces, then distribute the filling. The ravioli are shaped like sachets. Their ends are well clamped. Arrange on baking paper, pre-greased with a brush with egg yolk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake the ravioli in a preheated oven at 200-225 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.

Even in the absence of dairy products, you should not exclude sweet temptations from your menu.
