Method of preparation: Cut the leeks into thin strips and stew with a little oil and rosemary. The remaining spices are cut into large pieces and spread on the bottom of an oiled pan. Place the fish skin side up. Season with salt and olive oil. Bake the fish for about 5-7 minutes. Served arranged with leeks.

Necessary products: 100 g salmon, 1 bunch of broccoli, 1 mushroom, a pinch of tandoori (mixture of garlic powder, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, cumin, coriander, fenugreek, black pepper, cardamom), butter, olive oil, salt, black pepper
Method of preparation: The fish is cut into cubes. Mushrooms and broccoli are cut into thin strips. Heat the oil and olive oil. Fry fish and vegetables over high heat. The result is seasoned with salt, a pinch of tandoors and black pepper.
