Let's start with the salad for the guests. We only need one can of mayonnaise, 3 hard-boiled eggs, 150 g of cheese and 1 bunch of fresh onions.

Grate the eggs and cheese, chop the green onions very finely and mix everything with the mayonnaise. Ready. Salad prepared in 10 minutes and with no more than 4 invested levs.

It's time for the main course - Pork with small onions (balochka) and rice with vegetables.

Necessary products: pork, balochka, black pepper, white pepper, green pepper and 1 tsp. Red wine.

For the garnish: 1 tsp rice, onions, carrots, peas, corn, peppers, black pepper and fresh parsley.

The meat is cut into pieces 2 cm in size and seasoned with black, white and green pepper. Add a little salt. The meat is left for 15-20 to absorb the aroma of the spices. During this time, the balochka is cleaned of scales and left whole. The meat is placed in a pan and the small onions are distributed around it. Drizzle with red wine and wrap the pan with foil. The meat is baked for 30 minutes at 200 degrees, then the foil is removed and baked without it.

While the meat is in the oven, cook the rice. It is washed and boiled in salted water. Once ready, wash with cold water. Put olive oil in a saucepan to heat. Once ready, add, onions, peppers, carrots, peas and corn. Fry for 2-3 minutes and then add the rice. Fry for another 2-3 minutes. After removing from the heat, sprinkle the rice with black pepper and finely chopped parsley and olives.

Arrange the meat with the rice on a plate, and pour the pork over the resulting wine sauce.
