Necessary products: 800 g lamb, 100 ml red wine, 300 g mushrooms, 2 tsp. mustard, 2 sprigs of devesil and mint, salt, red and black pepper.

Method of preparation: Cut the meat and sprinkle with spices. Rub it with mustard and let it cool for 2 hours. Cut the mushrooms and mix them with the meat. Put everything in a baking bag, add the red wine and close the bag. Punch it in several places and bake in a preheated oven.

Lamb trifle soup

Necessary products: 500 g trifles, 5 tbsp. vegetable oil, 100 g onion, 1 egg, 1 tsp. red pepper, parsley, salt and mint.

Method of preparation: The trifles are washed very well, scalded with boiling water and cut into small pieces. Transfer them to a suitable saucepan and pour 6 tsp. Hot water. Cook over low heat. Stew the chopped onion in the fat, sprinkle with red pepper and add to the boiling trifles. Add salt and continue to cook. Top with beaten egg and sprinkle with mint and parsley.

Necessary products: 1 chicken, 1/3 tsp. rice, 2 tbsp. curry, 1 egg yolk, 50 g raisins, 50 g dried cherries, carrots, peppers, onions and butter, 1 tsp. sugar, salt, parsley and pepper to taste.

Method of preparation: The chicken is cleaned, salted and sprinkled with curry on the inside. Prepare a broth of carrots, peppers and onions. Boil the rice in the prepared broth. Mix the sugar, egg yolk, black pepper, raisins and cherries and add a little curry. Add the cooked and drained rice and the finely chopped parsley.

Fill the chicken with this stuffing and sew it. Melt a little butter, add salt and curry and grease the chicken on the outside. Wrap it in foil and bake in a preheated 250 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
