Chinese cuisine is well known around the world and most of us associate it mainly with appetizing wok rice, fine rice spaghetti, black delicious mushrooms, golden fried meat and popular spring rolls.

Few of us made it to dessert after overeating with various Chinese specialties. However, it is not to be missed at all. Here are 3 recipes for some of the most typical Chinese desserts:

Fried ice cream

Necessary products: 500 g ice cream, 3 eggs, coconut shavings, crushed cornflakes, frying fat, jam or cream for garnish.

Method of preparation: From the ice cream, balls are formed with the help of a special ice cream spoon, which are left in the freezer until they become very hard. Pour the sawdust, beaten eggs and cornflakes into three separate plates and roll the ice cream balls in them, which are fried for no more than 3 minutes in very hot fat. Breaded ice cream is served with jam or cream.
