1 chicken, 1 teaspoon flour, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, 2 small hot peppers or 2 teaspoons dried ground hot pepper, 3 tomatoes or 450 grams canned tomatoes, 250 milliliters chicken broth, 50 grams almonds or almond flour, 3 pinches of ground coriander, 50 grams of chocolate, boiled rice for garnish.

Method of preparation: Wash the chicken and cut it into eight portions. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Peel the tomatoes and blanch them (if they are not canned). Peel an almond and grate it. Peel a squash, grate it and chop finely. Mix the tomatoes with the almonds, flour, coriander and salt.

If you are going to use dried pepper, add it as well. In a deep frying pan, heat the oil, add the chicken pieces and fry until golden (about eight minutes), then transfer the chicken to a plate.

Pour onion, garlic and fresh hot peppers into the pan and fry for about 5 minutes. Then return the chicken to the pan and pour the broth - enough to cover the pieces of meat. Stew the dish for about 25 minutes. Remove the chicken again and place it on a plate that is kept warm.

Put the tomatoes with the spices in the pan, stew them for about 5 minutes, then pour the grated chocolate. Beat the prepared sauce with a wire whisk.

Spread the chicken on the plates and pour the sauce over it. The dish is served with rice.
