Another basic rule is to eat alkaline foods. We have already mentioned lemon, but we can specify that it is one of the foods with the highest alkalinity due to the content of alkaline trace elements.

Another food with high alkalinity is coconut oil, as it is the only fat that does not oxidize during frying, but retains its alkaline character during heat treatment.

The list of alkaline foods includes spinach, zucchini, green beans, peas, carrots, Brussels sprouts, okra, lettuce, almonds, buckwheat, sesame.

Soft drinks are high in sugar, which is highly acidic and should therefore be avoided and replaced with tea or fresh juices.
