Leaving the big city and looking for a place for rest and relaxation, we always take with us the grill or barbecue - it is prepared quickly, it is delicious and if there is someone to bake, it is very easy.

Although it doesn't seem like a laborious job, at such gatherings in a villa or bungalow outside the city, there is always someone who is actually assigned to the grill - he is responsible for the meat or fish, whether they will be obtained and how exactly.

Not that if they don't turn out, someone will make a problem, but if a real master of baking is standing on the grill - this would make the gathering even more enjoyable.

The spices, the marinade for the meat and the products themselves are chosen by the grill master. Even the best masters, however, sometimes things do not go well enough.

The flavored and grilled meat smells wonderful, but when it's time to turn, half remains on the grill. Why does this happen and how to prevent it?

To prevent such mini-accidents, you should carefully grease the grill - it can be oil or butter, and at best a piece of bacon.

There is an option to rub with onion and oil, but this is more because of the smell that remains, especially if you bake fish. In fact, when roasting mackerel, you should also grease the grill very much, because otherwise it sticks instantly.

And the fish must have been dried before. Remember that the fish does not want long roasting - if you sit with the company, you may not recognize it among the charcoal on the barbecue. For grilled meatballs, remember that you do not need to flatten them in advance - one so that they do not stick, the second - to stay juicy.

The best fat for the grill is animal fat, so a piece of bacon will do a great job. If you have greased the grill with it, you will not need to grease it constantly, because the fat from the bacon is harder to burn.

You can put pieces of bacon to grease the grill before baking, but in this way you extend the stay to the hot grill, instead of replacing it with a pleasant and tasty meal.
