Individual spice utensils are placed above the fork for the main course or above the dessert utensils. With the required arrangement, it is not appropriate to place olive trees.
Wine glasses and alcoholic beverages are placed at the tip of the knife for the respective dish. The water ones are placed on the left and just above the red wine glass.
