Lunch: two slices of wholemeal bread and 50 grams of cheese, salad, a small bunch of grapes;

4 pm: lean soup, a little wholemeal bread, 1 apple;

Dinner: 150 grams of white fish (in foil with onions), green or red pepper, 200 grams of boiled potatoes, green beans, cabbage, broccoli, zucchini.

Day three

Appetizer: 1 soft-boiled egg, 2 crackers;

Lunch: a large slice of watermelon, 2 tbsp. boiled green beans, a large portion of mixed salad, a slice of wholemeal bread.

16h.: 1 banana, a cup of yogurt;

Dinner: low-calorie dish of your choice, stewed cauliflower, roasted tomatoes, green beans, a glass of dry wine.

Day four

Breakfast: toast, a piece of cheese, 1 tomato;

Lunch: wholemeal bread with salad, 50 grams of ham, 1 apple;

4 pm: 90 grams of tuna in its own sauce, large salad, 2 rusks;

Dinner: stewed vegetables, low-calorie dish.

There are no restrictions on the other days of the week. However, it is good not to abuse products rich in fat and sugar. Eat more fruits and vegetables. The diet is applied for 14 days, when the first visible results are already available. The diet is continued until the desired shape is obtained.
