Cheese and even other products such as ham, melted cheese, spices can also be added to the bread. The pie is a much easier option, because most housewives prepare it with ready-made crusts.

We offer you two recipes - one for pie and one for pie, and this time the pie will have meat crusts. Here's what you'll need:

Method of preparation: To get a successful and delicious pie, it is best to buy a fresh cube of yeast, not frozen. The other important condition for a delicious pie is that the crusts be rolled as thin as possible, because if they are too thick, there is a danger that the pie will become very doughy.

Sift the flour and remember that when kneading, it is always better to stock up on more flour than indicated in the recipe. Crush the yeast and put it in a bowl with a glass and a half of lukewarm water. Once the yeast foams, start adding vinegar, a pinch of salt and 2 tbsp. oil.

Stir and add flour - to obtain a soft dough for rolling. Let the dough rest for half an hour. Then divide the dough into 15 loaves and roll them out. Grease each loaf and combine them into five - you should get three thick loaves, which you roll out to the size of the pan.

Apply the first layer and sprinkle generously with a mixture of eggs and cheese. Then put another layer of dough and stuffing again. Cut the pie into squares before baking - if you want to put your luck in the pie, make it after the second layer of dough.

Spread the sliced pastry with plenty of fat on the top and sides and leave it to rise in the heat (but not in the oven) for about 30 minutes. Bake in a preheated moderate oven.

In case you prefer to make bread, we will offer you a recipe in which you can put cheese or some other products cut into small cubes. If you wish, you can make the cake without any additives. And here's what you need:

Necessary products: about a kilogram of flour, 1 tsp. warm milk, 6 tbsp. oil, 2 eggs, yeast the size of a matchbox, 1 equal tbsp. salt, 1 equal tbsp. sugar, pan oil, sesame or poppy seeds

Method of preparation: Again, it is desirable that the yeast is fresh. Crush it and put it in a glass with warm milk and sugar. Pour about half a kilogram of flour in the pan where you will knead, or on the counter - make a well in the middle and pour the foamed yeast.

Start adding the flour that is on the counter to the inside where the yeast is. After you have more or less equalized the mixture, start putting the eggs (one whole egg and one egg white) and knead again with the flour.

Then add the yogurt, fat and salt. You will probably need about a pound of flour. Knead a nice dough and leave it to rise for half an hour. Then knead the dough again and form balls, which should be arranged in a greased pan.

It is good for the balls to be at a distance from each other, as they will enlarge. You can put luck in any ball. Arrange them in the pan and let them rise again. After doubling or tripling its volume, spread with the yolk you separated, sprinkle generously with poppy seeds or sesame seeds and put in a preheated oven to bake.
