Rice pudding
Necessary products:
Fresh milk - 1 liter;
Rice - 1/2 teaspoon;
Sugar - 350 g;
Vanilla - 3 pcs.;
Vanilla starch - 1/2 packet;
Cinnamon.
Method of preparation:
Boil the rice until semi-finished. Put the milk in a saucepan on the stove to boil. Before that, add the sugar and stir until the sugar melts. Dissolve the starch in water. Add the squeezed rice to the milk and stir. Add the dissolved starch in a thin stream, stirring constantly. We also add the vanilla. Distribute the mixture in bowls and place in a pan with one finger of water. Place in a preheated oven and bake until golden. Remove the pan, leave to cool and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Sweet peaches
Necessary products:
Fresh milk - 1 liter;
Powdered sugar - 80 g;
Vanilla - 2 pcs.;
Oranges - 1 pc.; juice
For the dough
Flour - 350 g;
Sugar - 120 g;
Butter - 80 g;
Eggs - 2 pcs.;
Baking powder - 1 tsp;
Lemons - 1 pc. bark;
Sugar - for rolling;
Confectionery paint - different colors.
Method of preparation:
For this one favorite dessert, first put the milk on the stove to boil. During this time, squeeze the orange juice and grate the peel, add them to the milk. We let it cross. Then strain with gauze and leave the mixture for several hours.
The resulting curd is mixed with powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix the flour with the baking powder. Melt the flour, beat the eggs with the lemon peel and sugar, add the butter and stir again. Mix the dry products with the liquid ones and mix until you get a dough. From the dough we form balls. Arrange in a tray in which we put baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven until ready. Once the balls are ready, while they are still warm, carefully carve them on the underside and leave them to cool. Then they are filled with cottage cheese and glued together (you can also replace it with some homemade jam). One side is rolled in one color of paint and the other in another. Roll in the sugar. And our sweet peaches are ready.

Once the dough is ready, roll it out on a sheet. Stripe it. Take the form, grease it and wrap the strip of dough. Bake in a preheated oven until done.
During this time we prepare the cream. In a bowl, beat the flour and eggs with a small amount of milk. Put the rest of the milk, together with the sugar, on the stove until boiling, stirring to melt the sugar. Then in a thin stream add the whipped flour, stirring constantly, until thickened. Once the cream thickens, remove from the heat. Add the butter and vanilla. Fill the cooled funnels with the warm cream and leave for a few hours before consumption.

During this time we prepare the syrup. Pour the sugar into a saucepan and when it boils, let it boil for about 10 minutes. Cut the finished roar into pieces and pour the syrup. One should be warm and the other cold. Leave the roar for a few hours before consumption to absorb the syrup. Then enjoy eating one of the most delicious desserts of childhood.
