Sometimes we cook a larger amount of dishes and here's what we can do if we have 1-2 servings of different dishes, appetizers left.

- Pieces of roasted meat without sauce - cut into small pieces. Put in a pan and pour a little wine, add finely chopped canned mushrooms and spices to taste. Cover with cream and grated yellow cheese or some spicy cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve with salad to taste;

- Mashed potatoes and boiled meat or sliced sausages - half of the puree spread in a greased pan and cover with finely chopped meat, which we mixed with a little cream, thyme and pepper. Top with the other half of the puree and pour with melted butter. Bake in a hot oven. Serve with salad or pickle. Instead of mashed potatoes, it can also be prepared with grated potatoes;

- Fried fish fillets - in 2 tablespoons of oil add 1-2 tablespoons of flour, stir and pour water to obtain a thin slurry. Add the fried fish and cook for 5 minutes on very low heat. Serve with lemon juice, in which we have added mashed garlic / 1-2 cloves /;

- Fried meatballs - put in a fireproof dish. In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 200 g of cream and 2-3 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh parsley. Pour the meatballs and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes;

- Boiled pasta - heat them in the oven and pour hot milk, but just enough to moisten. Serve them sprinkled with crushed walnuts, sugar and a pinch of cinnamon;

- Sliced sausages - we use them for pizzas or hot sandwiches;

- Proteins - in a small saucepan boil water to which we have added a spoonful of vinegar, a piece of butter and salt to taste. We pour all the proteins at once and when they are firm, we use them to garnish salads, sandwiches, soups, etc.;

- The water in which we have cooked pasta, potatoes or spinach / cooked for puree / or canned vegetables, we can add by cooking soup;

- Strained milk is filtered through cheesecloth and used for milk pâtés or for filling pies. Whey can be used by kneading dough or added to soup;

- Yogurt, on which the lid is swollen, pour into an enamel bowl and put on the fire to boil, add 1 cup of milk. When it cools completely, strain it and get cottage cheese. We use it for creams and pates.
