You need about 600-700 grams of boneless beef to lard. In pre-made holes with a sharp knife put a clove of garlic, a grain of pepper, a small piece of bacon.

When you are done with the lard, leave the meat in the pressure cooker, fill it with 1 teaspoon of white wine and the same amount of water. You should add savory, salt and a little fat and close the lid. The meat is ready after 40 - 45 minutes, after turning the valve.

Chicken cooked in a pressure cooker does not take as long as pork and beef. But our next offer will not be with meat, but something a little different - carrots with onions and cream. You understand that in pressure cooker this product will be ready in an even shorter time. It is an ideal garnish for the proposed larded beef.

Necessary products: ½ kg carrots, 3 cloves garlic, onion, 1 tsp flour, 2 tbsp cream, pepper and salt
