Necessary products: 2 eggs, 250 g yogurt, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 150-200 g cheese, flour.
Method of preparation: The eggs are broken. Mix with yogurt, grated cheese and flour with soda. Knead the dough and roll it out into a crust 1 cm thick. Using a glass, cut out circles or cut rectangles. The buns are fried in hot fat.
Buffet with fresh milk and walnuts
Necessary products: 250 ml fresh milk, 25 g bread yeast, 100 g butter, 60 g sugar, 4 egg yolks, a pinch of salt, 500 g flour, 100 g powdered sugar for sprinkling.
For the filling: 150 g walnuts, 150 g sugar, 1 egg, 1 vanilla powder.
Method of preparation: The yeast dissolves in the milk. Add the butter, sugar, egg yolks, salt and flour. The result is kneaded to obtain a dough. Allow to rise.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm. Using a glass, cut out circles.
All filling products are mixed. Each bay is filled with 1 tbsp. stuffing, fold in half and press the edges to stick.
The buns prepared in this way are arranged in a tray sprinkled with flour. Allow to rise. The buns are fried in more fat. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
