sour cream - 1 liter

chocolate - 100 g
Method of preparation: Beat the cream with the sugar and cut the bananas into thin circles. Arrange a layer of biscuits in a suitable container, spread them with cream and place a slice of banana on each cookie. Followed again by a layer of biscuits, cream and banana. Necessary products:
biscuits - 300 g
butter - 300 g
sugar - 300 g
eggs - 1 pc.
fresh milk - 300 ml
potato flour - 1 tsp.
walnuts - 2 tsp. cleaned
vanilla - to taste
Method of preparation: Dissolve the flour in half a glass of fresh milk and place the mixture in a saucepan with the remaining milk and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Allow to cool.
Mix the butter with the sugar and the egg, mix until smooth, mix with the cooled milk mixture and vanilla to taste.
Grind the biscuits, cut the walnuts and mix everything into the finished cream, mix well.
Line a form with greaseproof paper and place the resulting mixture in it, flatten the mixture and place the form in the refrigerator for several hours.
Remove the cake from the pan and decorate with halves of nuts and sliced biscuits.
