Method of preparation: In a water bath mix the 5 yolks, 1 whole egg and sugar. Butter, flour, vanilla, orange peel and nuts are added to them. Stir everything and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Chocolate biscuit dough
Necessary products: 9 eggs, 320 g flour, 320 g sugar, 180 g butter, 1 packet vanilla, 250 g chocolate
Method of preparation: One half of the sugar is mixed with the beaten egg yolks and the other half with the egg whites. They mix. The chocolate is melted, cooled and added to the egg mixture. Gradually add the other products and the dough prepared in this way is baked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. It can be used for cakes, rolls and cakes, but they should not be heavy cream.
