That is why in today's article we will teach you exactly how to make a homemade biscuit cake for no more than 30 minutes, which will be enough for ten servings. Be sure that those who will try it will lick their fingers.

The products you will need are:

• 350 g of biscuits;

• 500 g of oil;

• 200 g of sugar;

• 100 g of powdered sugar;

• 100 ml of cognac;

• 100 g of cocoa;

• 4 eggs.

Method of preparation and instructions:

1. Mix the eggs and sugar and leave them in a bowl with boiling water or a milk cooker. Stir the mixture until it thickens.

2. In another bowl, mix the powdered sugar and butter kept at room temperature. Add the cocoa and stir again. Pour the resulting cream over the pasteurized eggs.

3. Put half of the cream in a cake pan. Arrange a row of biscuits sprinkled with cognac on it. Put the remaining cream on top and arrange the remaining biscuits, also sprinkled with cognac.

4. Put the cake in the refrigerator and take it out after 180 minutes. Leave the form in warm water for 2 minutes so that you can take the cake out of it.

If desired, you can garnish it with grated chocolate, nuts or fruit to your liking.
