When we hear about diet, most of us are skeptical because we seem to hear about "restrictions" or spending a lot of money.

The protein diet in fact, it does not cover any of the above. The only downside is that it is not recommended for vegetarians or vegans. There is no set period for compliance, which means that it can be interrupted when visible results or when the observer decides.

They can be prepared to your taste - boiled, baked or fried. If you think that you will not be able to eat only steaks, you can add a little french fries or cucumber to the portion of meat, remembering that meat is the main product.

The only things that are forbidden are carbohydrates - pasta, pastries and desserts, drinks with high carbohydrate content, etc. There is no limit to the amount of meat we will eat, for the simple reason that meat saturates quickly and we need to eat very little, for to be satisfied.

The idea of eating only meat and losing weight is strange to many people because it sounds wrong. In fact, meat contains only fat, namely fats are those that provide energy and do not stick. In moderation, the meat satisfies us without affecting the figure.

Unlike carbohydrates, which are directly glued, meat, as already mentioned, does not, but not only - when we consume energy from the meat we have eaten, our body begins to feed on the accumulated fat in our body and thus we begin to lose weight.

Anyone who thinks they can and has the motivation to adheres to a high protein diet can enjoy results in the first month. Depending on how strictly the diet is followed, between 3 and 6 kilograms can be lost in one month. The diet is easy and does not limit us.
