There are two versions of the salad diet with meat. The first lasts five days, during which 3-4 kilograms are lost.

Day 1 During the day, all fresh and cooked vegetables are allowed, as indicated, a few slices of black bread and 2 liters of tomato juice.

Day 2 and 3

Breakfast. Rusk with butter, tea without sugar

Lunch. Chicken breast, chicken broth

16 hours Sugar-free tea with 1 tsp. honey

Dinner. 200 g lean meat, low-fat cottage cheese, 2 hard-boiled eggs

Breakfast. 150 g skim yogurt, fruits of your choice

Lunch. Vegetable soup, a piece of black bread, fruit of your choice

Dinner. 150 g skim yogurt, salad, a slice of bread

Carbonated drinks and alcohol are forbidden during the five days of the diet.

The second version of the diet can last from one to four days, in which you lose half a kilo a day.

Breakfast. 200 g of skim yogurt

10 hours 100 g of skim yogurt

Lunch. Vegetable soup, lettuce with lemon juice

Dinner. Fresh vegetables, a piece of boiled meat and broth

At any time when you feel hungry during the diet, you can consume the permitted foods. It is good to combine diet with physical activity.
