To prepare delicious steaks, you must take into account the meat you have - both the recipe and the heat treatment are important. We offer you five different ways to prepare them - the first recipe is for grilled lamb steaks or barbecue.
You need 2 steaks, 3 cloves of garlic, ½ tsp. olive oil and tomato paste, oregano, salt and red wine.
All products are mixed in a suitable pan, then add the steaks - it's good to turn them from time to time. The lamb steaks are refrigerated for 12 hours, after which they are grilled or barbecued. Serve with fresh salad or roasted vegetables.
If you do not have a barbecue or the weather is not suitable for grilling, make pork chops on a grill pan:
Pork chops with lime juice
Necessary products: 2 pcs. steaks (without bone), 3 limes, 3 tbsp. soy sauce, 3 cloves garlic, 2 pcs. hot peppers, black pepper
Method of preparation: Put the juice of the three limes, soy sauce and garlic in the food processor and then pour the mixture over the steaks. It is nice to stay in this marinade for about 2 hours. Then just bake them on a grill pan until ready - serve with pea puree or mashed potatoes.
If you still prefer the traditional chicken, you can prepare the steaks in a pan the last way:
Chicken steaks with cream sauce
Necessary products: 2 pcs. chicken steaks, 200 g mushrooms, 1 onion, 200 g sour cream, chicken broth, salt, pepper, paprika, oil, mustard, dill
Method of preparation: Rub salt, black and a little red pepper into the steaks, then fry them in a pan. When they are ready, take them out on a plate and cover it with foil. Put the mushrooms in the same pan - it is best to buy small mushrooms and leave them whole, as well as sliced onions.
When soft, pour the chicken broth into the pan and let the vegetables simmer for a while. When the broth evaporates, add the cream, mustard, salt, pepper, dill to the vegetables and stir. Turn off the heat and briefly add the chicken steaks to the pan.
The next recipe is again for chicken steaks, but this time stewed in the oven. Mix in a small bowl red and black pepper, salt and ground allspice to taste, then rub the steaks well with this mixture. Put them in a yen pan, which you have greased with oil, add about ½ tsp. white wine and close the pan with the lid.
Bake the steaks at 200 degrees - cooking time depends on the meat. It is good to open the lid from time to time and pour the sauce over the steaks - remove the lid completely after about 30 minutes of baking. Check the meat with a fork and just before it is fully cooked, arrange the orange slices (along with the peel) on the steaks and wrap with foil. Bake for 15 minutes.
If you are willing to experiment, make roasted pork chops with apples. You need two boneless steaks to crush well and thin them. Then sprinkle them with salt, pepper and pour 1-2 tbsp. soy sauce and the same amount of red wine and leave them for an hour.
Then put in the middle of each steak slices of apple, which you have previously peeled. Wrap the steak and put it to bake in a pan with fat and arrange coarsely chopped apples around the steaks - add red wine to the pan. Bake in a preheated oven until done and finally sprinkle the steaks profusely with grated cheese.
