How to make a wonderful fruit wine is a question that probably excites most housewives. We will not waste time, but we will reveal some recipes.
Blueberry wine
Process the blueberries 5 days after picking. Heat the fruit to boiling with 4 liters of water per 10 kilograms of blueberries. Squeeze them and pour the juice. Pour the rest with 15 liters of water per 10 liters of juice.
After one day it is pressed again and the two juices are mixed. To 10 liters of juice add 2 kilograms of sugar, 3 grams of ammonium phosphate and 10 grams of lemon juice. It must be left to ferment and then drained.
Apple wine
Choose juicy and fragrant apples (reneta or golden parmena). Crush them and press them. Sulfite with 10 grams of sulfur dioxide per 100 liters of juice, boost with 15% sugar. After 2 hours, ferment with active yeast. After fermentation, immediately separate the wine and store it in a cool place.
Cherry wine
Crush the ripe fruit by removing the stones (several of them are broken and placed next to the fruit for flavor). Leave them to ferment for two days, press them and pour water over the remaining fruits. After one day, press again. Mix the two juices, add 2 kg of sugar per 10 liters of juice. Allow to ferment and then ferment.
Quince wine
Leave the ripe pears in a ventilated place for 2 weeks. Then you have to grind them and add 5 liters of water and 3 grams of potassium metabisulfite to 10 kilograms of porridge. Leave them to ferment for a week, then mix them and transfer them to clean containers. After the rapid fermentation, separate the wine, add 2 kg of sugar per 10 liters of wine. After 4 months the quiet fermentation should end - the wine is clarified and bottled.
Blackcurrant wine
Mash the blackcurrants and leave them to ferment for 3 days. Separate their juice and add water to the porridge, twice as much as the juice. After a day, drain this juice, mix the two juices and add 2 kilograms of sugar per 10 liters of juice. Allow the wine to ferment in a suitable container. It will then be ready for bottling.
Pear wine
To 10 liters of juice add 3 grams of nishadar. The recipe is identical to that of apple wine.
Raspberry wine
Mash the fruit as soon as you have picked it. After 5 days, drain them and add water to the porridge - 600 g per liter of juice. After 2 hours, drain and mix the two juices. Add a pound and a half of sugar to 10 liters of juice. Allow the wine to ferment and after this process it is clarified and bottled.
Plum wine
Choose very mature ranglods or mirabels. Remove their stones, crush the fruit, add warm water 3 liters per 4 kilograms of porridge. After two days, squeeze the porridge. Add 2 kilograms of sugar to 2 liters of juice. Put a few crushed stones, sulfite and leave to ferment.
