Carob flour is the most appetizing alternative to cocoa and chocolate. Its sweets are not only delicious, but also very healthy. Here's how to make amazing carob candies:
Raw carob candies
Necessary products: 1/2 tsp. locust bean flour, 1 tsp. oatmeal, a handful of raisins, 1 tsp. dates, soaked in the evening, 1/3 tsp. unpeeled sesame seeds, 1/3 tsp. sunflower seeds or nuts of your choice, 1/3 tsp. fine coconut shavings, 100 g coconut oil, 1 lemon, 10-20 g Amaretto liqueur or other sweet alcohol
Method of preparation: Grind the oats with a blender. The dates are mashed together with a little water. The lemon is also mashed. Melt the coconut oil over low heat.
All ingredients are mixed. Mix well and set aside for 15 minutes. Locust bean flour and sesame seeds are poured into a deep saucer to roll the candies.
From the resulting dough are formed small balls, each of which is rolled in locust bean flour and sesame seeds.

Necessary products: 50 g coconut shavings, 50 g sesame seeds, 10 g locust bean flour, 40 g ground almonds, 40 g maple syrup (or honey), 20 g coconut oil (or cow's milk)
Method of preparation: The dry ingredients are mixed in a bowl and mixed well so that the locust be spread evenly. Gradually add the softened coconut oil, preferably with a wooden spoon.
The mixture is combined with the maple syrup. With your hands, the dough is shaped into balls the size of a cherry. Arrange on a tray, cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator.

Necessary products: 1 tsp. locust bean flour, 1 tsp. raw peeled almonds, 1 tsp. dates, boneless, 2 tbsp. almond tahini, 2 tbsp. agave syrup, 2 tbsp. dried cherries, 25 ml cherries, coconut shavings for rolling
Method of preparation: Grind the almonds into a fine paste. The dates are ground together with the cherries. The two mix. Carob flour, agave syrup, sour cherry and tahini are added to them. Knead the mixture to obtain a soft and sticky dough.
From the resulting balls are formed. Each is rolled in coconut shavings.
