Pour into a pan and bake in a preheated oven at about 150 - 160 degrees.

Necessary products: 300 ml fresh milk, 4 egg whites, 20 g yeast, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 tsp. sugar, 7-8 tablespoons oil, flour - as much as it absorbs
Method of preparation: The yeast is mixed with the sugar and milk (which should be warm) to dissolve, then the remaining products are added and a nice fluffy dough is kneaded, which must rise. Then you can roll it out and wrap it to your liking and taste - you can divide it into several balls or shape the dough by rolling it into roses.
