Cheesecake is an extremely tasty dessert and, contrary to most opinions, it is prepared very quickly and easily. You can make it with cocoa or plain biscuits, and there are also recipes with milk, cottage cheese, cream cheese, ones that are baked or do not need an oven. The options are very different, but the result is always a delicious dessert suitable for any occasion.

Eggless cheesecake

Necessary products:

biscuits - about 150g

butter - 1 packet of cow

cottage cheese - 200-220 g

cream - 5 - 6 tbsp. fermented

cream cheese - 150 g

vanilla

jam - optional

Method of preparation:

The biscuits are crushed into small pieces, preferably with a food processor. The pre-melted butter is added to the biscuits together with the vanilla. If the mixture still looks dry, add 2-3 tbsp. fresh milk or cream. Spread the mixture in a pan and press to obtain an even layer. Beat the cottage cheese, cheese (pre-crushed) and sour cream.

If you do not have cream, you can use yogurt. After obtaining a homogeneous mixture, pour the contents on marshmallows and biscuits and smooth. Spread plenty of jam on top - blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, whatever you choose.

Method of preparation:

The two packets of cocoa (maybe ordinary) biscuits are crushed into small pieces and a food processor. Then add the packet of melted butter - the mixture is stirred and spread in a pan. In a bowl, beat the remaining ingredients in the following order - cream cheese, milk, cream, eggs and vanilla.

Leave the loaf to set very nicely in the fridge for at least 40 minutes, then pour the mixture of the remaining products on the biscuits and bake for twenty minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. After baking, spread plenty of jam of your choice.
