Necessary products: 300 g carrots, ½ tsp bulgur, parsley, celery, salt, lemon juice, garlic, salt and olive oil
Method of preparation: Boil the bulgur and let it cool. During this time, grate the pre-peeled and washed carrots on a coarse grater, add to them finely chopped parsley, 1 stalk of celery, salt, lemon juice, olive oil and crushed garlic.
