The meat is cut into pieces and fried in oil. It is taken out and the onion is poured in its place. Once fried, add the flour and after 2-3 minutes remove from the heat and sprinkle with red and black pepper.
Pour the onion on the bottom of the pots, spread the meat on it and pour the wine. Cover with a lid and bake in the oven. After 20 minutes, remove and beat 1 egg in each pot. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes. Serve warm, sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
Is tasty casserole with chicken and mushrooms. Necessary products for two servings: 300 grams of chicken, 200 grams of mushrooms, half an onion, black pepper, salt, paprika, 200 grams of bacon, 1 tomato or 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 2 chorbadji peppers, 2 eggs.
Fry the meat in a pan, sprinkle with red and black pepper, add onions and mushrooms. At the bottom of the pots arrange half of the bacon, cut into thin strips and cover with meat and mushrooms.

Bake for about half an hour in the oven, then remove and beat 1 egg in each pot. Bake without a lid for about 10 minutes. Serve garnished with hot pepper and sprinkled with parsley.
