Necessary products: 1 kg of potatoes, 2 onions, grated, 3 eggs, 1 tsp dried mint, 1 tsp red pepper, 50 ml of oil, 50 g of butter, salt;
Method of preparation: Peel the potatoes and grate them in bulk. Add salt and drain, squeezing the juice. Mix with onion, eggs, mint and pepper.
Half of the butter and oil are heated. 1/3 of the potato mixture is spread in a layer 1 cm thick. Bake on medium heat. When it turns red, turn the patatnik carefully on a lid or flat plate. In the same pan, heat the remaining fat and return the patatnik to turn red on the other side. The procedure is repeated with the remaining mixture. Patatnik is served with yogurt.
chicken kavarma
Necessary products: 400-500 g chicken fillet, cut into pieces, 2 large onions, sliced, 1 carrot, diced, 8-9 pcs. roasted pepper, peeled and chopped, 4 eggs, paprika, black pepper, salt
Method of preparation: Put the chopped onion in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Knead well and fry together with the chicken fillet. Sprinkle with black pepper and add the chopped roasted pepper. Allow to fry until the pepper sauce boils.
When this happens, pour the beaten eggs with a little salt on top. Stir, put the lid on the pan and turn off the stove. Allow some time for the eggs to set.
