For pumpkin cream soup you need one medium pumpkin, 1-2 onions, 1 boiled egg, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Peel a squash, grate it and chop it into small cubes.

Fry the chopped onion until transparent. When the pumpkin is soft, add salt, pepper and prepared onion. Everything is blended in a blender or blender.

Put the grated cheese and the egg in the puree. Sprinkle with chopped parsley on top. This delicious dish has a very good effect on the stomach, and carrots can be used instead of pumpkin.
