To save yourself from the disorder you can prepare a decoction of mint. Heat water and after boiling add 2-3 tbsp. mint, remove from heat and allow to cool completely. Then drink the glass with the decoction. The method of toasted white bread is also well known, but if you do not want to resort to such measures, let the child eat the following things:
Fruits - bananas and blueberries
Vegetables - potatoes (best cooked), carrots; avoid drinking juice from these vegetables because they will have the opposite effect.
