As when you make such a sausage, it is good to know that the percentage of the driest meat should be the highest. In this case, you can try mixing 60 percent horse, 20 percent fatter pork and 20 percent beef. Horse meat is free of fat and contains the purest protein.

It is also important to choose the right spices, but it is often a matter of individual taste. In general, minced spices overlap to a large extent with those for meat - cumin, allspice, salt, black pepper, sometimes paprika, chili, dried garlic and others. They complete each dish and can be the last "magic" for your delicious minced meat.

Method of preparation: Mix the minced meat well with the spices and the crushed garlic. Leave it to stand for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator. In a bowl, mix vinegar water. Dip your hands and shape into oblong and smooth kebabs. Grill them until done. About 15 kebabs are made from these products.

Necessary products: soybeans - 1 and ½ tsp, bread -3 thin slices of white, fresh milk - 1 tsp, onion - 1 head, parsley - ½ connection, black pepper, paprika, salt, breadcrumbs, oil.

Method of preparation: Soak the soybeans overnight in cold water. Wash it in the morning and simmer for an hour and a half. Then salt it, cool it and mash it until it looks like minced meat. Mix it with finely chopped and pre-fried onions, soaked in soy milk and slightly drained slices without the peel.

Mix with finely chopped parsley, salt, red and black pepper and more. spices to taste. From this mixture, form oval meatballs and roll them in breadcrumbs. Fry until golden in hot fat or bake soy meatballs in the oven, drizzling them with drops of oil. Bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees, turning on both sides.
