The physicist explains that the formula by which the ice cream is created remains a secret, but assures everyone who is curious to try it that the ice dessert is created from all-natural ingredients.
Linares admits that he was inspired by the British Charlie Francis, who creates fluorescent ice cream. The new type of ice cream can now be tried - available in the city of Calella de Mar in the eastern Spanish province of Barcelona.
There Linares has an ice cream shop. Apart from Chameleon, the physicist-chef is determined to invent other types of ice cream. His idea is for one to turn from white to pink as it is consumed, and for the other to respond to ultraviolet light in nightclubs.
