The Japanese invented one of the most ingenious things - ice cream that does not melt. It has no chemistry and is composed only of natural products.

In the summer heat, one of the preferred ways to cool down is ice cream. However, the hotter it is, the faster it melts. Fortunately, Japanese innovators have managed to create ice cream that is not delivered so quickly.

The Japanese company Kanazawa - Center for Research and Development of Biotherapy, has found a way to maximize the durability of an ice cream. The Kanazawa Ice product is really an accidental discovery of the company. It has been on sale in Kanazawa since April this year, but once it became known that it does not melt, it is now available in some of the largest cities. It can be found in Tokyo and Osaka.

The unique ability of ice cream lies in the ingredient polyphenol. It is liquid and is extracted from strawberries. Added to the icy temptation, it makes it difficult to separate water and fat. The result is that the ice cream retains its original shape much longer. There are no other additional ingredients, and the best thing is that the liquid polyphenol is completely natural.

Tests of ice cream prove its positive abilities. Exposed to a temperature of 28 degrees and direct sunlight, it retains its shape without any changes for at least five minutes.

After the 10th minute, only the smaller details of the bear-shaped ice cream began to melt slowly. This allows consumers to enjoy their delicious ice cream for longer without rushing.
