Preparation: Mix the yeast in the water, add the buckwheat flour, mix well and leave the dough warm until it increases in volume. The cream and wheat flour are mixed, stirred and made into a thin dough. To it add the whipped egg whites and butter.

Once the wheat dough has risen, the two doughs are mixed and the milk, seasoned with salt and sugar, is added to them. Mix everything very well, then make cream pancakes from the dough prepared in this way.
