Thus, it is flavored and suitable for its further preparation, and through certain marinades it can withstand a very long time, closed in jars, and can be used at any time. Here are some ideas to help you marinate chicken:

Traditional marinade for chicken

Necessary products: 1 chicken, 100 ml oil, 3 onions, 1 bunch finely chopped parsley, 3-4 lemon slices, 100 ml vinegar, 1 bay leaf, 20 grains of black pepper, 250 ml water, salt to taste

Method of preparation: The chicken is washed well and placed for 2 hours in the marinade prepared from all other products. Then it is boiled together with the marinade and when it is ready, it is served, topped with the sauce strained from the marinade.

Necessary products: 2 kg chicken or 1 chicken, 40 g salt, 7 g black pepper, 7 grains of allspice, 2 bay leaves, 200 ml vinegar, 150 ml oil

Method of preparation: The well-washed and cleaned meat is cut into large pieces and put to boil. Add the bay leaf, vinegar, black pepper, allspice and salt to the broth. Once everything is ready, leave to cool.

Arrange the chicken in jars, pour over the broth in which it was boiled, and pour a little oil on top. Store the jars in a cool place. After 1 month, put the marinade to boil for about 5 minutes and again when it cools, pour it over the meat and add a little oil.

Spicy exotic chicken in the marinade

Necessary products: 500 g chicken fillet, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary, 1 teaspoon red pepper, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 4 crushed garlic cloves, 3 tsp oil.

Method of preparation: All spices without oil are mixed in a large bowl and mix well. Place the chicken in the marinade prepared in this way and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour, stirring the spices from time to time and watering them well. Then drain and fry on both sides together with the oil.
