According to recent studies, special diets can positively affect ovarian cysts. Researchers believe that polycystic ovaries should not be consumed more than 2,000 calories a day.
The diet was developed by Professor Daniela Jakubovic of Tel Aviv Medical University. She believes that nutrition can help women deal with cysts.

In the second group, the opposite was true - they ate the least at breakfast and ate the most calories in the evening. The results of the study showed that women who ate a hearty breakfast increased their ovulation rate by 50%.

Recommended foods for polycystic ovaries are lean meat, eggs, fish, beans, whole grain breads, peas, corn, potatoes, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries and other foods rich in fiber.
