The first and most important thing is that all the products you will use for the preparation of the pie should be at room temperature. Take out everything you need and let them, as they say, take a breath and warm up.

The flour you will use must be sifted - preferably 3 times. In this way the pie will become fluffy. When you start kneading, the water you will use should be lukewarm. Knead the dough for a long time, to make it soft and to make the bread tasty. Knead until bubbles begin to appear on it or the so-called. hollow.

Once you have kneaded the dough well, you should leave it to rise long enough, again at room temperature. Do not put the dough in the oven at low temperatures to rise, because no matter how lightly you release it, a thin crust will form, which will subsequently prevent you from spreading the bread well.

Once the dough has risen enough (at least doubled in volume), you can arrange it in the pan as per the corresponding recipe and put it in a preheated oven. Preheat it to about 200 degrees, and after putting the pie in the oven, reduce to 170-180 degrees.
