The cakes are greased with butter and warmed slightly on the grill. The roasted meat is removed from the skewer. The pieces are placed one by one in the bread. Add onions, tomatoes and parsley. The bread is rolled so that the meat and vegetables remain in it. It can be sprinkled with pepper.
Siberian kebab
Necessary products: 2 kg colorful pork, 400 ml vinegar, 4 onions, 5 bay leaves, 5 grains of allspice, 2 tsp. sugar, pepper, salt
Method of preparation: The meat is cut into large cubes. Prepare the marinade from salt, vinegar, sugar, bay leaf, allspice and one onion, finely chopped.
Pour the marinade over the meat and leave it overnight. The remaining onion heads are cut and divided into layers.
The pieces of meat are strung on skewers. Place an onion peel between each piece. The skewers are baked on a barbecue. They should often be turned over and sprayed with the marinade so that they do not dry out.
