Method of preparation: Onions and garlic are finely chopped and fried until transparent in olive oil. Add the minced meat and fry while stirring for 7 minutes. Add the tomato juice and simmer for 10 minutes under a lid. Remove the lid and boil the sauce for another 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
