When the wine starts to boil, gradually add - finely chopped hard-boiled eggs, pepper, salt and chestnut puree. Finally, add sliced sausage. Fill the turkey with this mixture and place slices of bacon on the bird's chest so that the meat becomes juicy. The turkey is ready for roasting.

The next stuffing for a delicious turkey that we have chosen is mashed potatoes. Once you have prepared it, add finely chopped mushrooms, 1 egg, ground black pepper, carrots and finely chopped onions, salt. Mix well and add chopped ham.

Then fill the turkey with the stuffing, sew it up and arrange a few strips of bacon or bacon on top. After putting it in the pan, pour half a liter of white champagne over the turkey and bake.
