Before making the porridge, the corn flour can be lightly fried until golden - so the porridge will have a much finer structure.

The porridge is also sold as a semi-finished product, which is prepared in a few minutes. But the real home porridge it has a unique taste and you can prepare it yourself.

Necessary products: 1 kg of corn flour, 200 grams of butter, 2 teaspoons of salt, 3 liters of boiling water, 300 grams of cheese, 200 grams of bacon.

Salt is added to the boiling water. Pour a thin stream of corn flour, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. You can pre-fry the flour very lightly, with three tablespoons of butter.

Reduce the heat so that it does not spray but simmers. Bubbles should constantly appear on the surface of the porridge. Stirring of the porridge should not be stopped.

When the porridge starts to thicken, use a wooden spoon to scrape off the walls and stir several times. Once it is thick enough, remove from the heat.

After removing from the heat, the porridge is stirred several times. Distribute in the casserole by placing a piece of butter on the bottom of the casserole, filling with porridge to half, add shredded cheese and sliced and pre-fried bacon.
