Necessary products: 1 cup semolina, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 cup water, ½ cup milk, ice cream and cinnamon.
Method of preparation: Fry the semolina with butter until golden. Add the sugar, water and milk and simmer until thickened.
Then, while the semolina halva is still warm, "stick" with it
the bottom and walls of a bowl of appropriate size. Fill it with ice cream and cover it with another layer of semolina halva. Then turn the bowl over on the plate in which you will serve the dessert. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
