Necessary products: 2 tsp pre-cooked and mashed with a fork wheat, 4 tbsp. breadcrumbs, 1 beaten egg, 1 tbsp. tomato sauce, a few sprigs of finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste, frying oil
