1. Colorful risotto

Necessary products: 250 g long grain rice, 1 zucchini, 1 carrot, 5 pickles, 1 red onion, 100 g mushrooms, 100 g frozen peas, 100 g corn, 1 green and 1 red pepper, 3 tablespoons oil, soy sauce and salt to taste.

Method of preparation: All vegetables are cut into thin sticks and corn and peas are added to them. Season with soy sauce and black pepper. The washed rice is put to fry until it becomes transparent.

Necessary products: 350 g chicken, 500 g rice, 500 g spinach, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 220 ml. white wine, 5 tablespoons olive oil, 1 liter of chicken broth, 50 g of Parmesan, salt and pepper to taste.

Method of preparation: Fry the finely chopped onions and carrots and add the sliced chicken to them. Once the place turns golden, add the rice and fry until the rice starts to look like glass. Pour the wine.

Once the alcohol has boiled, add the broth, stirring lightly. Put the coarsely chopped spinach for about 5 minutes before it is completely ready. Add the spices. So prepared risotto is served and sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese

4. Risotto with zucchini

Necessary products: 300 g rice, 2 zucchini, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 250 ml. white wine, 50 g parmesan, 3 tsp. beef broth, salt and pepper to taste
