It is good to eat something healthy and cooked. The quick preparation of lunch, in just 30 minutes, becomes easier with the variety of recipes.
Delicious lunch in less than 30 minutes
Sandwiches with tomatoes, mushrooms and mozzarella
You will only need 15 minutes for this recipe.
Ingredients: 400 g puff pastry, 2 tomatoes, 4 mushrooms, 150 g mozzarella, 4 pinches of basil, 1 egg, salt
Preparation: Cut 8 rectangles from the puff pastry. Arrange a slice of tomato, a slice of mushroom and a slice of mozzarella on each of them. Spread a beaten egg on top, sprinkle with dried basil and salt and bake for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven until fully cooked.
Broccoli in milk sauce
Necessary products: 1 head of broccoli, 1 tsp. milk, 50 g of blue cheese, 5 cloves garlic, salt, pepper, 1 tbsp. flour
Preparation: Broccoli is cut into small pieces. Blanch in boiling salted water. Remove, drain and put in boiling milk, in which the blue cheese is crushed. Bring to the boil until the cheese is completely melted. The flour is diluted in cold water and added in a thin stream to the dish, stirring constantly. When the sauce thickens enough, remove from the heat. Add the crushed garlic and black pepper to it and stir.
Quick onion puree
Necessary products: 1 bunch of green onions, 6 sprigs of parsley, 2 eggs, 1/2 liter of milk, 1 tbsp. flour, salt, pepper, paprika, 2 tbsp. oil
Preparation: Finely chop the onion and parsley. Stew the onion in the heated oil for a short time, then sprinkle with flour and stir. Beat the eggs and mix with the milk. The resulting mixture is poured into the dish. Stir and season with salt and pepper. The porridge is stirred constantly until it thickens. When this happens, remove from the heat. Add the finely chopped fresh parsley and stir. The onion puree is served hot, sprinkled with paprika.
In the same quick and easy way other porridges are prepared - from spinach, dock, nettle, quinoa, sorrel or a few leafy vegetables. Eggs and milk can be replaced with liquid vegetable cooking cream.
Sandwich with egg and beans
Necessary products: 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 4 tbsp. beans, 4 slices of bacon, 2 iceberg leaves, 1 pinch of paprika, 1 pinch of black pepper, salt
Preparation: Bacon is cut into small pieces and fried in olive oil. After a minute, add the cooked beans. Season with salt, black and red pepper to taste. Remove the sandwich filling from the heat and fry the eggs in olive oil as well. The cakes with which the sandwich will be made are halved and iceberg lettuce leaves, bacon and bean stuffing and finally the fried egg are placed in them. The sandwiches are closed and served immediately.
Each of the offered dishes, with a garnish of light salad, will satisfy your lunch hunger for a long time.
