When preparing some delicacies for guests, we want the last thing we do to be something quick and tasty. We can substitute baking and prepare a sweet temptation that does not need an oven, but in most cases, such desserts must stay to become really delicious.

The good thing about such cakes is that their preparation does not require much time. And although we wait a little longer than if we make a cake in the oven, in the end it turns out that the wait is worth it. Our first offer is a cake with raisins and chocolate.

Necessary products: 1 tsp raisins, 200 g butter, 200 g chocolate, 250 g biscuits, 100 g rum, nuts

Method of preparation: put the chocolate and butter in a water bath to melt, then remove from the heat and add the crushed biscuits, rum and raisins. Raisins must first be in rum - at least about an hour to swell.

Stir the mixture well and add the chopped walnuts - if you prefer other nuts, choose them. Then all this is poured into a suitable tray on which you put household paper. Leave the cake to harden for about 4 hours.

The following cakes are prepared very easily and quickly and you do not need many products for them. First, mix a melted packet of butter (125 g) with a packet of plain biscuits that you have previously broken.

Add 3 tablespoons of rum and 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar. All this is mixed well and you make balls, which you then decorate with melted chocolate or chocolate topping. It is good to keep the dessert in the refrigerator and to serve it immediately before consumption.

On the eve of the hot summer, we have prepared a cooling dessert for you, with which it is more pleasant and easier to overcome the heat.

Necessary products: 300g liquid cream, 3 tbsp. sugar, 3 gelatin leaves, 1 vanilla, 4 apricots, 100 g raisins, 100 g seedless grapes, 2 tbsp. liqueur

Method of preparation: Dissolve the gelatin previously soaked in cold water in the slightly warmed liqueur. Allow the mixture to cool. Whip the cream with the sugar and vanilla. Add the gelatin mixture, grapes, blackcurrants and sliced apricots. Pour into a tall cocktail glass, rinsed with cold water and leave for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Coconut cake without baking

Necessary products: 200 ml fresh milk, 180 g chocolate, 50 g butter, 140 g coconut shavings, 80 g plain biscuits, 50 g sugar, 1 rum essence and 1 tsp crushed hazelnuts

Method of preparation: heat the butter, milk and sugar - stir until the sugar has melted. Then add the coconut shavings and some of the hazelnuts. Add the finely crushed biscuits together with the rum essence and mix well.

The mixture should then be poured into a pan with pre-folded baking paper. Put the cake in the refrigerator to harden well. After an hour, take it out and sprinkle with melted chocolate, and sprinkle with the rest of the hazelnuts. Leave in the refrigerator for another hour or two.
