Make a banana cream, for which you need 1 liter of milk, bananas, 3 egg yolks, 3 tablespoons flour, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 vanilla.

Bring the milk to a boil along with the sugar. Meanwhile, mix a teaspoon of cold milk with the yolks and flour, add the vanilla. Stir vigorously and put the flour spoon by spoon. The idea is to have no lumps. Once the milk has warmed up, remove it from the heat and start pouring the mixture with the flour and eggs in a thin stream, stirring the milk at the same time.

When it becomes a homogeneous mixture, return to the stove and bring to a boil again. During this time, the bananas are nicely mashed or mashed. If you choose softer fruits, it will be easier. When the cream has boiled, let it thicken, stirring constantly. Then remove from the heat and add the bananas. If you like nuts, you can grind walnuts very finely and put them together with bananas. Put the cream in suitable cups and leave to cool.

Method of preparation: Crush the walnuts and biscuits in a blender then add the powdered sugar, cocoa, egg. You can also break them by hand if you do not have a food processor. Mix all this well and add the melted butter. From the obtained products you knead dough, which you have to form as cookies. Then put them in the cold in the refrigerator to firm up. After a few hours they are ready for consumption.
