The 9-day diet is better known as the Queen Margaret diet. It is extremely popular in Russia, where many of the stars of Russian show business apply it.

The nine days in the diet represent three periods of three days, and in just one week with this regime you can lose 5 kg. The rule of the diet is that only a certain product can be consumed during each period. The first is carbohydrates, the second - protein, and the third period is rich in fiber and vitamins. During the 9-day diet they lose up to 6 kg. Excess body fluids and swelling disappear. The effect of it increases if combined with light fitness and massages.
