The effect of this diet is based on the probiotic benefits of yogurt, which support the health of the intestinal flora. Food is digested faster and this helps the body get rid of toxins. When food is well digested, it improves the activity of the intestines and the general health of the internal organs. The intestinal flora is composed of various bacteria that live in the human gastrointestinal tract, which has a role in protecting the body from infections.
Imbalances can be due to stress, severe illness, use of antibiotics and poor nutrition. It is recommended to drink up to 2 liters of yogurt every day. During the diet you can also eat fresh fruits and meat. However, sweetened yogurts should be avoided because they will have no effect.
It is important to know that this diet should not be practiced for more than seven days, so as not to damage the body's need for fiber and vitamins. If you decide to repeat this diet, you should wait at least a month.
On the first and second day of the breakfast diet, eat yogurt and fruit or usually low-fat yogurt with a cereal of your choice. For lunch, eat vegetables with olive oil and stew and 150 grams of rice. It is not desirable for the dishes you eat to be seasoned with salt or pepper. For dessert, eat fruit and yogurt again. Have dinner at least two hours before bed. Eat a salad with ham or carrots. Eat a bucket of low-fat yogurt.
On the third and fourth day for breakfast eat tarator. For lunch, eat 200 grams of turkey meat in olive oil. You can add for garnish mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, and the obligatory bucket of yogurt. For dinner, eat berries mixed with yogurt.
In the last three days of the diet, eat cheese for breakfast, as well as a mix of apple, cinnamon and salt (if necessary) with yogurt. For lunch, take fish fillet with salad, yogurt and cucumber (you can add mustard). Dinner should be 100 grams of spaghetti with chopped peppers and a boiled egg. For dessert, eat a bucket of yogurt with a spoonful of honey added to it.
